More than 100 Alaskans turn out and join Mary’s fight to lower costs, put Alaska first

Mary and supporters in Seward
Today, lifelong Alaskan Mary Peltola spoke directly to energized Alaskans in Seward at a packed get-out-the-vote rally as a part of her “Alaska Always Tour” in the final stretch of her U.S. Senate campaign, uniting Alaskans in her fight to take on DC corruption, lower costs, and put Alaska first.
“Thank you, Seward, for showing up and voicing that you’re ready to lower costs and put Alaska first,” said Mary Peltola. “We are in a moral moment, and the stakes of this election are incredibly clear: Alaskans can’t afford six more years of price-hiking policies and self-serving backroom deals from Dan Sullivan. With the help of Seward Republicans, Democrats, and Independents alike, we’re going to win this race and make DC work for Alaska on November third.”
In Seward, Mary heard from Alaskans suffering the fallout of DC price hikes who are finding it harder and harder to afford gas and groceries while making a life in Alaska. Across every conversation, the message from Alaskans is clear: the rigged system in DC is harming our Alaska way of life, and they want a senator who will actually bring down costs and put Alaska first.
Today’s rally comes as nearly 17,500 Alaskans have signed up to help elect Mary to the Senate and follows her announcement of bold plans to lower costs, save our fish, boost oil and gas production, take care of our veterans, and fix the rigged system in DC.
